Friendly fast . I trust this valvoline to advise me on things that will keep my car running and safe.
A bunch of amateurs who have no idea what they are doing. They told me stay in your car and put your keys in this box. Since you're in your car you can't see what they are doing and what they are doing is a scam. They also charged double what anyone else charges. This experience left me with a bad taste for this particular business and for Valvoline in general. Because with all the bad reviews Valvoline should have revoked the franchise for these scam artists.
