This court is a SERIOUS Joke, my wife filed a motion to have the Jurisdiction moved to NH where we have lived for 10 years, when we get the hearing her Ex filed for a continuance, which got DENIED because he didnt follow proper preseadure , he couldnt even be Bothered to show up in court in Virginia MN he stayed at home and the judge here asked why and he says the Judge in MN said he didnt have to , yet my wife and i Showed up in court along with the Judge from NH, and the Judge from MN couldnt even be bothered to show up, That is JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT , her Ex already told a bunch of lies to pull my wife into court 3 years ago so 2 years ago she filed for the juridiction change and finally had the hear set for today and niether of them SHOWED not her Ex or the JUDGE, basically giving him the continuance, we have already proven that the judge is biased siding with Her Ex this just goes to prove it!!!!!!
