Package was delivered as stated!
I have never had a problem, have even been able to ship packages before official business hours when door was unlocked.
I got a notification that my package was delivered. it wasn't... reading some other reviews this is a common practice with ups . perhaps hiring more responsible employees that have experience in customer service and reliability.
We have had over 10 packages delivered to the wrong house over the last week and a half. This is unacceptable. We have 2 sets of numbers for our house because the driver in the summer refused a delivery because he said he couldn't see our numbers and they keep delivering to other houses with no numbers at all. We pay for a service that is not being done, and there's no way to contact the office to tell them their drivers are delivering it to the wrong place. Ridiculous!
Package never delivered, Ups pulled up in front of my house at about 5pm Thursday 6/ 8. Sat there for about 10 min then just drove off with out leaving package. Where is my package still have not received was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 8pm.
