Been here a few times, both lunch and breakfast. Pretty good for fast food, service is reasonably quick, food has always been fresh and hot. Much better than Mc D's.
I went through the drive through twice the last month. Both times they gave me the wrong change back and the wrong food. Plus the food is pricey for fast food.
The food was fine but there was no way we were able to upgrade the fries to curly fries which seems like a normal request. Also we were questioned when we asked for the sauce that we didn't get in our order.
Food is usually good and hot if you eat in. Drive thru is hit or miss. Frisco burger alone was over $6, which is really high considering you can get tons of food in the $5 meals. Went thru drive thru tonight and one of our onion rings had this onion skin in it instead of an onion! Gross! Most employees are friendly.
I come here quite a bit being that my family likes the burgers here. The managment is always willing to fix any wrong. The shift leaders are nice as well. I recommend the charbroiled chicken club sandwich. It is very good.
