They put all the prices high, then have sales all the time at a closer to normal price.
I feel that the store is kind of crowded, but that means there is more to choose from! I find the clerks very helpful, especially when it comes to using coupons to best advantage, We are fortunate to have Herbergers!
The staff seemed overworked, and the manager (Mary Ann?) was very rude to me when I asked a simple question. Please fix this in the future.
Staff is less than helpful & the store is horribly dirty
I'm not entirely sure how to rate this. I can find huge bargains when shopping the clearance racks, and other things that are extremely expensive designer names. The store could really use a refresh to sell some of the pricier things. That being said, I do like the deals here.
