I went to get a tire replaced. I was treated like I was dumb!! The guy behind the counter (Jim) was absolutely the WORST, told me it would take 2 hours to replace one tire. Came back after 2 hours, the tire was not fixed. When you make a PROMISE, you should have done it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! I went to put the tire back on the car, and it INSTANTLY went flat. Had a PROFESSIONAL look at it, other than that JACKASS who fixed it the 1st time. The rim is COMPLETELY RUINED by L & M!!!! I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO YOUR AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT AGAIN!!!!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL
