Between Eveleth and Virginia. It's a small hotel, only 23 rooms. The manager is a very nice guy who is willing to rent rooms on a weekly basis. The rooms are nice, not many amenities though. Not even a box of Kleenex in the rooms. For the $$$ charged its a good deal.
This was the only room available for many miles. From the outside, it looks terrible, but the room was adequate. The bathroom and TV worked, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. It wouldn't be a vacation destination, but it was fine for a place to sleep.
Clean, comfortable, nice manager, big room, new appliances and tv, furniture and chairs, nice decor. Read the name...it is budget! I expected much less. If you want expensive luxury keep driving.

The outside is very run down, but the room is clean. Smelled a bit like a pool when I walked in, so they obviously had just thoroughly cleaned something. The room has scuffs on the walls, but the bed is clean and the shower is clean. No sign of bugs whatsoever. TV, microwave, and refrigerator in the room with free WiFi that's faster than most.
