I love Thrifty White. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and very helpful; I'm always greeted with a smile and a hi. I wouldn't get my medication filled anywhere else.
The pharmacist who talked to me on the phone this morning was rude and unhelpful. I have encountered this before from the same person who hasn't identified herself. Thrifty White Pharmacy of Virginia should offer kind customer service to all it's customers.

Poor customer service and they arent open late or on sunday.
I have been going here for over a year and have had nothing but problems. Their programs don't work, they have tripled the dosage on a medication (3 times a day instead of 3 times a week). Had I not gone to the website and checked this medication out, I would have taken it as prescribed which would have caused serious problems. Lastly, I call in a prescription and their recording offers me the option to get a text when the meds are refilled. That doesn't work either. I am so done with this pharmacy!
