2. Has no clue what products they sell
This store gave me the absolutely most enjoyable shopping experience I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend this store to everyone in market for any kind of outdoors activities equipment.
Was asked by one employee while I first started looking at shoes if I needed anything. I had just started looking, so I said no. By the time I had found something, another customer was there, and another employee came over and helped them find what they wanted and didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything. I left the store at that point. They obviously don't care too much about making a sale.
Here's my problem with them
All second season product, employees clearly don't care if you are there or not (if you can find one). Went to Tradehome for athletic shoes, might of paid a bit more, but it was worth it.
1.highly understaffed
Everything's a little higher priced but there is a little bit of everything. Clothing section a bit cramped. Quality products.
3.makes up excuses when they tell customers when there truck comes
