I brew beer, and need to exchange my Co2 tank about 3 or 4 times a year. I have also had an occasional need to repair parts on my regulator. So I don't go to Praxair very often, but when I do I am always impressed with their customer service. All too often I am disappointed with how I'm treated as a customer at other places, and feel that customer service is a thing of the past. Because of this I normally have no problem shopping online or not buying locally; however, I am always more than happy to buy from Praxair in Virginia. I would truly be happy to pay more for their services, but most of the time they are pretty competitive. The staff truly go the extra mile. I bought a cheap regulator online, and I have had to replace several parts on it. The staff have spent the extra time to make sure the parts worked, and in some case have helped me fix my regulator on the spot. Plain and simple, they are just friendly people. If you’re like me and appreciate someone that's willing to go the extra mile to help you out, I'd encourage you to use Praxair in Virginia.
